Motoazabu Skin Clinic’s dedicated Kids & Teens Skin Floor welcomes children and young people aged 6–18. We provide medical laser hair removal for girls and boys in a setting designed especially for younger patients.
Every treatment begins with a physician’s skin assessment and a conversation with the young person and their parent or guardian. We respect the child’s wishes, explain each step, and proceed only when treatment is appropriate and the child is comfortable.

We use the Lumenis Splendor X medical laser. Your treatment plan is discussed with you in advance, and the treatment area and settings are selected according to the physician’s assessment.
- Consultation and skin assessment by a physician
- Discussion of the areas of concern and an individual treatment plan
- Skin preparation, followed by a test spot
- Laser treatment by a nurse, with cooling and regular checks on comfort
- Aftercare guidance; treatment can be paused or stopped if needed

Treatment is offered on a per-session basis. Please see our current price list for treatment areas and fees. Appointments are required.

- The same prices apply to all patients aged 6–18.
- All treatments are self-pay and are not covered by health insurance.
Treatment options
Full-body packages are not offered to patients aged 15 and under. Patients aged 16 and over who are interested in full-body treatment should contact the clinic for an individual consultation.
Shaving fees
For patients aged 12 and under, shaving is generally performed at the clinic and is included in the treatment price. Extensive areas of missed shaving that require additional time incur a ¥1,100 fee per area.

A parent or legal guardian should accompany the child on the first visit and take part in the consultation and consent process. For later visits, children may attend on their own where appropriate; please confirm arrangements with the clinic in advance.

01.Does laser hair removal hurt?
Sensation varies from person to person and by treatment area. You may feel brief warmth or stinging. We use cooling, begin with a test spot, and check how the child is feeling throughout. They can ask us to pause at any time.
02.Is treatment safe for children and teens?
Laser treatment is not risk-free and is not suitable for everyone. A physician checks the skin and discusses suitability, possible risks and aftercare before treatment. Treatment may be postponed or not recommended when appropriate.
03.How should we prepare for an appointment?
